Payment Policies: Tuition is calculated on an average of 4 weeks of lessons per month and is not adjusted for months containing more or fewer weeks within the pay period. Your space in class is not reserved until payment is received by our office. Tuition is posted to your account on the 25th of the month prior, and is automatically deducted on the 1st of the month. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please submit payment prior to the first of the month. Declined payments are subject to a $30 fee. Please be sure to update expired credit cards in your account to avoid declined payments. Tuition is non-refundable.

Family Discount: A monthly $10 discount is given for each additional immediate family member when signing up for monthly classes. Families participating in our boys 2-for-1 discount are not eligible for the family discount. Once you register multiple children, the discount will automatically be applied to your account.

 

Boys Scholarship: As a means of promoting dance for boys, we offer a 2-for-1 discount to all boys signing up for dance. For every class they enroll in, boys may take an additional class for no charge. Tuition is not adjusted for boys taking class on a weekly basis. Boys participating in our boys 2-for-1 discount are not eligible for the family discount.

Registration: To reserve your spot in class, please fill out the Registration form below and create an account in our Parent Portal. You will receive a confirmation email once successfully registered. There is an annual $20 registration fee for one dancer, or a family fee of $35 for multiple dancers. This fee will automatically be applied when registering for the first time each season.

Missed/ Dropped Classes: Missed classes may be made up within one month of the missed class. You may schedule a makeup in your Parent Portal. There are no refunds for dropped or missed classes. If you would like to drop a class, please notify the studio at least one week prior by stopping by the office, calling, or emailing. If you do not inform the office of your drop before tuition is deducted on the first of the month, the payment will automatically be charged and no refunds will be administered.

Trial Class: New students are welcome to do a trial class for $22. If you choose to enroll in class after the trial, the $22 will be applied towards that month's tuition. Please contact the studio for more information in setting up a trial class.

Privates: If you are interested in a private lesson with one of our teachers, please contact the office to set up a date/time.

​

Food/Drink: With the exception of water, there is no food or drink allowed on the studio premises. There is no eating allowed in the studio lobby.
